We had a very excellent 5 days rest. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The best hotel we have ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality rooms with three separate parts for bathtub, shower dan toilet. Our only recommendation will be on the issue of food and beverage. Many of the meals or dishes were way off from the original tasting that we know of. For example the guacamole does not really taste like guacamole or the bakmi Goreng that is not tasty enough and so plain. But this drawback still will not make me hesitate to give 5* review

A beautiful beachfront resort
We had a wonderful stay at Maya Sanur! Our room (Heavenly Ocean View Pool Suite) was really spacious and had a stylish, luxurious design. We absolutely loved the sunrise view over the ocean from our private pool. The food options at the resort are also great. We especially loved having lunch at the Tree Bar and we had an unforgettable romantic dinner at the Green Roof 360. You can also join different complimentary activities (like yoga) or just relax at one of the different pools. We also had a very relaxing treatment at their spa. All the staff at the resort was very friendly and welcoming during our whole stay. We would stay here again anytime!

Magnificent resort and best spa service
Maya Sanur Resort and spa located near sanur beach. It has access to Watu Jimbar beach. The concept is different with Maya Ubud. Meanwhile Maya Ubud already villas, Maya Sanur still use hotel room concept. .At the entrance, security check our body temperature and direct us to go to drop off. The drop off located at G floor and there are some staff who helping us to take our luggage and bring our luggage to lobby floor. Car parking located under the drop off and seems it still not busy so I got park at near lift. For lobby interior, I think its need to be renovated because seems spooky, and dark colour domination, but when you see the lagoon, the rooms, and the pool, its very beautiful. Maya Sanur have many photogenic photospots. Check in process needs approximately 15 minutes. With fast and friendly service, receptionist bring us the welcome drink (orange juice) and explained that included at the hotel price, you can get complimentary free service 1. Afternoon tea every 4 PM 2. Photoshoot session and 1 printed photos (needs reservation by dialing receptionist) 3. 15 minutes spa per person (needs reservation by dialing receptionist) Request honeymoon set was approved and we are upgraded from wonderful garden view become impressive nest suite. The honeymoon set was beautiful, they bring the detail for towel art and flower petals, they even provide cake with apple form. Our room located at 4th floor and far from lift. When we entering the room, the room was very comfort. There are balcony with relaxing nest (photogenic spot). For Interior, White colour is dominant but for me its very efficient setting. There are luggage rack, minibar and wardrobe at foyer. Working table and working chair is made from wood and no sponge or soft thing, so you better work at sofa in front of the bed or at the nest suite. At Minibar, they provide 4 drinking water bottle. They also provide brew me tea and nescafe coffee. The room equipped with fast WIFI and big size TV, the channel already HD, unfortunately TV channel is very few. At the working desk, there are sanitizing kit (sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer). You don't have to worry about power outlet because there are many in the rooms. I'm amazed with the bathroom. The bathroom is very spacious with 2 washtafel, 1 bathtub, 1 shower room and 1 closet. For shampoo and shower gel, Maya Sanur use dispenser system with flower aroma. Bathtub is very big and round shape so you can relax for a long time in the bathtub. The bathroom is see-through to the room but is equipped with an electric roller blind. They have gym, spa, beach access, rooh garden, lagoon pool, and pool for hotel facilities. Gym equipment were limited but enough. Gym operation hours maximum until 06.00 PM. I hope they can extend until 09.00 PM and must booking first to use it. I love how they prepare sanitizing equipment at the gym, like sanitizing liquid and air purifier. For the complimentary spa, they prepare best service for us, the 15 minutes enough to made our body relaxed but I think our body wants more. For restaurant and bar, they renovated it but I see at their instagram stories, the renovation is over and they already opened it again. After that, We enjoy the afternoon tea. They serve ice cendol and grilled banana with magnificent Batu Jimbar beach view. I think with the complimentary service at Maya Sanur, the price you pay for staying here is so worth it. For Breakfst, the variances and the taste is so basic for 5 star hotel. They relocated the resto using "meeting room or somewhere using glass room where the room is hot and not comfortable. There are tea and coffee, pastry, kolak, orange and mango juice, infused water, cereal, soto ayam, porridge, rice, glass noodle, sautéed vegetable, sausages, fried dim-sum, fried chicken, omelette and green curry fish. Only green curry fish and sausage were delicious, the others were so-so. Hope they can improve it
